Master Planned Community

Wilton New Town is a new master planned community that is being developed to meet the needs of Sydney’s population and housing needs. Wilton will change significantly over the next 30 years delivering 15,000 new homes that will be supported by 15,000 jobs, new infrastructure, schools, community facilities and open space across 6 precincts. Wilton sets the structure for the area and will be supported by Council though a series of master planning processes.  Wilton will be known for its protection and conservation of the natural environment, where local communities and local businesses thrive. Wilton will provide a diverse range of housing types which will cater for all stages of life at a range of price points.

Wilton New Town will accommodate sustainable growth and provide new local employment opportunities, significant investment in local services and transport, health and education infrastructure for Wollondilly.
