Economic Heart of Wollondilly

The Wollondilly Community Cultural and Civic Precinct seeks to provide a flexible, multipurpose community space that supports a diversity of community, cultural and civic activities, and attract a wide range of community members, businesses and visitors. Our vision is for the Precinct to become the community, civic, cultural and economic heart of Wollondilly.

Architects have been refining the Master Plan to provide much-anticipated facilities to the region. Key components of the project include:

• Refurbishment and extension of the Wollondilly Shire Hall (complete)
• New Children’s Services and Community building (complete)
• New Performing Arts Centre (in progress)
• New Government Services Centre (in progress)
• New Library Facility (in progress)
• Community, arts, exhibition and workshop spaces 
• Significant public open space and public domain works 

The Wollondilly Community, Cultural and Civic Precinct is progressing and Council are excited about the benefits this project will bring to the community.
